Editorial: Discrimination on religious grounds, a necessary research agenda

The social sciences that are dedicated to the study of religious phenomena have developed a broad and diverse trajectory that condenses more than sixty years of research in the region. However, one of the areas less traveled by local academic production is that referring to the experiences of hostility and violence that believing people and communities experience for the simple fact of believing.
