El movimiento pentecostal representa el 75% del universo evangélico-protestantechileno. Este movimiento nació en 1909, es considerado como uno de los más antiguos del continente, y tiene marcadas diferencias del pentecostalismo europeo y estadounidense (Orellana 2006; Sepúlveda 1999). Durante su trayecto de un siglo de existencia, se ha constituido en una expresión religiosa significativa en el país, pasando a ser la segunda fuerza más importante después de la Iglesia Católica. Según datos oficiales del último Censo en Chile, el 15,14 % declara ser evangélico.Downloads
