En los cuarentas años de investigación socioantropológicas del pentecostalismo chileno se ha abordado bajo tres grandes modelos teóricos que se pueden caracterizar como teorías apocalípticas; culturalistas y de la secularización. Estos modelos teóricos han atracado alpentecostalismo, tanto positiva como negativamente, como un grupo religioso detransformación individual y social. Los cuarentas años de investigaciones del pentecostalismo ha significado una clara disminución de las investigaciones, sobre todo a partir de la segunda mitad de la década de 1990 y que se estanca a contar de los años 2000.Downloads
