El siguiente trabajo tiene el propósito de ofrecer una reflexión sobre la participación de lasmujeres en el mundo pentecostal, haciendo una lectura desde la teoría de género,fundamentalmente desde la relación masculino/público-femenino/privado que propone la idea deque los espacios se jerarquizan, otorgando mayor prestigio a lo masculino. En el texto se ofrece un análisis sobre la participación femenina pentecostal, la que destacasignificativamente por sobre la masculina, no obstante estas son excluídas de la toma dedecisiones. Sin embargo, a pesar de esta exclusión, este espacio comunitario-femenino, pareciera servirles a estas para tolerar la difícil realidad que significa vivir en zonas de pobreza ymarginalidad.Downloads
