El artículo plantea la importancia de los Movimientos Eclesiales y el rol que desempeñan en laIglesia Católica en la actualidad. De acuerdo a diversos autores los movimientos sugieren el desarrollo de un nuevo modelo histórico de iglesia y expresan una forma de insatisfacción frenteal contexto sociocultural de inserción. En tal sentido se interroga si, en un proceso de globalización, movimientos surgidos en y para diferentes contextos (por ej. europeo o latinoamericano) pueden proponer modelos alternativos de iglesia y la importancia que eldesarrollo de estas posibilidades tendría para el futuro del catolicismo latinoamericanoDownloads
