El artículo busca brindar una serie de explicaciones al desarrollo y consolidación del campo religioso evangélico en la ciudad de Comodoro Rivadavia, a partir de las vinculaciones entre las características de la migración chilena y las provenientes de la sociedad receptora comodorense. Así mismo busca explicar la rápida expansión y consolidación del evangelismo en el espacio público de la ciudad, a pesar de las dificultades iniciales para su aceptación. También constituye un aporte al estudio de la expansión del pentecostalismo en Argentina, diferenciándose de otros casos asociados al origen estadounidense o brasilero.Downloads
