About the Journal

Revista Cultura y Religión is a bi-annual publication of the Institute for International Studies (INTE) at Universidad Arturo Prat which seeks to strengthen the publication and dissemination of scientific research on the social sciences and religions, the sacred and spiritualities in the context of a globalized society. The journal’s focus is various disciplines from the social sciences such as anthropology, sociology, political science, psychology and the histories of religions, the sacred and spiritualities.

Our goal is to create scientific space from the social sciences from which to dialogue and reflect on religious, sacred and spiritual identities and cultures. (Read more)
